The hardware sizer recommends the cheapest of four benchmarked hosts (Pi 5, Intel NUC 13, Mac Mini M4, GPU box) that hits your target tokens-per-second on a chosen model size. SVG charts, no JS bundles in the megabytes.
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl-K on Linux/Windows) anywhere on the site to fuzzy-search guides, agents, hardware, providers, CVEs, setups and glossary entries. Static index served from /api/search-index, lazy-loaded on first open. No analytics, no third-party search service.
Every tag we've attached to a guide now has a hub page at /tag/[slug] cross-cutting guides, agents, hardware and glossary entries. The tag index page shows a frequency-weighted cloud.
Per-slug OG images now exist for every agent, device, CVE, comparison and provider. Editorial palette (paper cream + ink + rust) preserved across all variants.
Long-form additions to the guides corpus:
Five new tutorials shipped under /setup: Ollama on Mac Mini M4, Nginx reverse proxy, Docker Compose stack, document RAG on a €25 VPS, and others.
Tier S SEO improvements: /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt serve a complete markdown content map for AI crawlers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). IndexNow API endpoint pings Bing, Yandex, Naver on every guide publish for instant indexing.
Person schema with knowsAbout/sameAs/jobTitle wired into every article byline. Article schema enriched with wordCount, timeRequired, articleSection, inLanguage. FAQPage on /faq, ItemList on every hub page, DefinedTermSet on the glossary.
Full multi-locale routing across 8 languages: English (default, no prefix), French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese. hreflang annotations across every static page. ~3,800 indexable URLs total.
Long-form articles remain English-only for now — translation quality bar is high; we'd rather not ship machine-translated longreads.
The hardware project is on ice. PocketClaw is now an independent publication on self-hosted AI agents — guides, audits, migration playbooks. Same brand, sharper focus.
All 60+ original guides survive at /guides. /hacks/* URLs are 301-redirected — nothing on the open web breaks.

New deep dives shipping with the relaunch:
Dropped the dark CRT theme for a lighter, more readable identity — mono headings, sans body, warm off-white surfaces, animated scan beam to keep the terminal vibe. Faster, calmer, easier on long reads.
Newsletter delivery moved to AWS SES. Cheaper at scale, more honest deliverability, no third-party data residency concerns.
Pro membership infrastructure live: Stripe Checkout, Customer Portal, webhook automation. Pro features ship in Q3 2026 — the rails are ready when the content is.
Foundational infrastructure for a multi-language, account-aware site. The PWA layer has since been retired — content sites don't need service workers.
First public version of the site. 57 hacks from the Moto E2 AI gateway project published as the seed content.
