Background
I started PocketClaw in late 2025 as a hardware experiment: could a $20 phone from 2015 host a real AI gateway? After 57 workarounds, each written up in the guides, the answer was yes. The project pivoted in April 2026 when the writing turned out to matter more than the phone. The brand stayed.
I run Go To Agency, the company in Dijon, France, that publishes PocketClaw (see the legal notice). I read documentation, write things down, and run my own servers.
